Baltic Green Leadership: VET students as Agents of Change -project brings together VET actors from the Baltic region. The project is funded by Erasmus +. Together with Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Finland, the project aims at promoting VET role and leadership in the green transition.
Sykli environmental College co-operates with Baltic Bright, Latvia.
Our role as environmental specialists is to produce a training program for partner countries to implement in VET schools. The objectives are to introduce a competence based sustainability education and pedagogics, and share and implement great practices for teaching methods and approaches. Training focuses on basic green skills, circular economics and green competences that engage students in acting for the environment.
The training course covers circular entrepreneurship skills providing tools and methods for teachers as the project will host an international hackathon as a finale in 2024.
